Trade Oracle is a trading journal and analytics tool ONLY. It does NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency, token, or financial instrument.

All information, analytics, AI-generated insights, performance scores, and other content presented on this platform are for informational and educational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Trade Oracle, its operators, contributors, and affiliates accept no liability whatsoever for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from your use of this platform or reliance on any information provided herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trade Oracle platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Trade Oracle ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Trade Oracle is a web-based trading journal and analytics platform designed for Hyperliquid perpetual futures traders. The Service provides:

  • Automatic trade history importing from the Hyperliquid blockchain via public APIs.
  • Trade journaling capabilities (notes, ratings, tags).
  • Performance analytics and statistical metrics.
  • AI-generated insights and analysis powered by third-party AI models.
  • Trading rule management and pre-session checklists.
  • Chart visualization tools.

The Service is a passive record-keeping and analysis tool. It does not execute trades, manage funds, provide investment recommendations, or interface with any wallet's private keys.

3. Financial Disclaimer

NO FINANCIAL ADVICE

Nothing on the Trade Oracle platform — including but not limited to analytics dashboards, performance scores, AI-generated insights, daily briefings, weekly reviews, chart analyses, trading rule suggestions, or any other content — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice.

The information provided by Trade Oracle is intended solely to help you review, reflect on, and analyze your own past trading activity. It is NOT a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency, digital asset, security, or financial instrument.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical trading data, win rates, profit factors, and other metrics reflect past activity only and are not predictive of future performance.

You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment or trading decisions. Trade Oracle is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI CONTENT — NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

Trade Oracle uses third-party artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate insights, analysis, and suggestions based on your trading data. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations.
  • AI-generated content does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
  • AI-generated content should never be the sole basis for any trading or investment decision.
  • AI models have inherent limitations and biases. They do not have real-time market data, inside information, or the ability to predict market movements.
  • We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
  • You use AI-generated content entirely at your own risk.

5. Assumption of Risk

TRADING RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Trading cryptocurrency perpetual futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Leveraged trading can result in losses exceeding your initial investment. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

By using Trade Oracle, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the risks involved in trading cryptocurrency perpetual futures.
  • You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make.
  • Trade Oracle does not influence, direct, or participate in your trading decisions.
  • Any analytics, metrics, or insights presented are descriptive of past activity, not prescriptive of future actions.
  • You will not hold Trade Oracle liable for any financial losses, regardless of whether you used information from our Service in making trading decisions.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your passkey and device used for authentication.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • The accuracy of any wallet address you provide.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal API usage.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Use the Service to promote, distribute, or facilitate financial scams, market manipulation, or fraudulent activity.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful material.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, functionality, design, and branding, is and remains the exclusive property of Trade Oracle and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create through the Service (e.g., journal entries, notes, tags, trading rules). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADE ORACLE, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

  • ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
  • ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
  • ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM TRADING DECISIONS, WHETHER OR NOT INFORMED BY INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE.
  • ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN AI-GENERATED CONTENT, ANALYTICS, OR METRICS.
  • ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA.
  • ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF THE SERVICE.
  • ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH DAMAGES ARE SOUGHT (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF TRADE ORACLE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
  • ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION, ANALYTICS, AI-GENERATED CONTENT, OR OTHER MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
  • ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trade Oracle, its operators, directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any rights of any third party.
  • Any trading decisions you make, whether or not informed by information from the Service.
  • Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services including Hyperliquid, Anthropic (Claude AI), TradingView, Vercel, and Supabase. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: Financial Disclaimer, AI Disclaimer, Assumption of Risk, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trade Oracle operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body, rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trade Oracle regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
